great location, clean apartment but noisy. Positive: location Negative: the sound insulation is not great. There is a lot of noise creeping in from the apartment above.

Lovely apartment a few minutes from city centre. Positive: The apartment is in an excellent location, just minutes from city centre and just around the corner of Chinatown. The apartment was very well equipped, tea, coffee and sugar also provided. The apartment is stylishly decorated and clean. Negative: Unfortunately during the night we could hear an intermittent noise that sounded like a lorry engine, it was very hard to get a good nights sleep, also traffic and tram noise quite loud. We did report to host and they did try and find out what the noise was. We found out as we left that the noise was coming from directly below us where the rubbish shute was housed. It’s a shame our stay was interrupted by this noise, or perhaps we have sensitive hearing but either way the apartment was gorgeous it was just too noisy for us.

Wonderful staff within the heart of the city making memories! Positive: Very modern and comfortable apartment situated in the heart of the city. Staff always at the end of a call for communication needs. Comfortable bedding and very clean throughout. We enjoyed our stay and felt very much at home. Negative: A few minor scuffs to paint work but this being a rented accommodation is to be expected and would think that they are kept on top of as frequently as possible.

Great value for money in a perfect location - beautiful property with every mod con you can think of! Positive: Very high end decor and furniture - probably the nicest apartment I’ve ever stayed in Negative: Nothing - it was perfect
