Think the hosts responsiveness was very poor. Cleaning lady was ver nice and helpful but generally the host was ppoor Positive: Location was good. Getting access was painful. Asked about an early check in. They said they would try but couldn’t get into the room until 20 mins later. Had a real impact on our evening Negative: There was a massive hairball in the living room I sent a picture to the host and no response.

Excellent location. Positive: Perfect location very central. Negative: Was a tad loud outside at night with cleaning the streets but not a big issue.

It is definitely a place I would consider staying at again. Positive: The location of the apartment is very central, and the size is excellent. The furnishings are practical and convenient. The free bus stop is right in front of the apartment. It is also located right next to some of the best Chinese restaurants. Negative: The internet connection was problematic and quite slow. Since we did not really need it, we did not ask the host for assistance — I’m sure they would have resolved the issue if we had mentioned it. Throughout the night, the building’s ventilation system was quite noisy. I’m not sure why, but despite that, we were still able to sleep :)

Fab. We really enjoyed it and would book this apartment again. Positive: Lovely design and decor, good space, comfy beds, warm and cosy, good location. Negative: Sofa was small when 4 people staying and watching tv together. Showers ran freezing cold on Sat evening and didn’t heat back up unfortunately (but were fine rest of time). But we still had a lovely stay.
