We would definitely stay here again. Positive: Modern, spacious and comfortable apartment in a convenient location. Extremely comfortable beds.

Positive: The apartment is great in every way - spacious, modern, clean, cozy. It is located on the edge of the top center and next to the railway line, which may not be the best location, but for us it was very convenient, since the apartment is two hundred meters from the concert hall, which was the goal of our trip. Negative: The key is collected from another location, so you have to go to another address before checking in.

Check In komplette Vollkatastrophe. Wohnung an sich groß, gut gelegen und Preis stimmt. Service stimmt aber garnicht! Positive: Gute Lage Negative: Wir haben einen nicht funktionierenden Link zur Schlüsselabholung bekommen, somit wussten wir nicht wo die Location für die Abholung ist. Nachdem keiner erreichbar war haben wir 1h bei -10 Grad in der Nähe gesucht. Am Ende konnten wir durch detektivische Art und Weise herausfinden das der Schlüssel im Spar Markt abzuholen ist. Purer Wahnsinn! Keine einzige Hilfestellung seitens des Vermieters - nur automatische Antworten auf Booking - auf Whatsapp garkeine Antwort!

Beautiful apartment & just as described would book again, but small issues need addressing. Positive: The apartment was absolutely lovely just as it is in the photos. Beautiful & spacious. Kitchen utensils met our requirements. Large hallway with desk & monitor if you need to work, just a great open space with lovely decor. Enough pots, pans, cutlery & plates etc & plenty of kitchen cupboards. En-suite & separate bathroom was ideal for 3 of us. Comfy apartment & in a great location. TV with Netflix & streaming options was great for us. Concierge was helpful & friendly & assisted us locating the apartment as we had plenty of bags to carry. Wasn’t aware that normally can’t access via the carpark, but was allowed to on this occasion due to the amount of bags we had. Negative: Initial problems with internet connection, I was unable to log on to work. Issue was resolved the following morning & communication with Host/Booking.com was prompt & consistent so was re-assuring. No pillow protectors on pillows, no mattress protectors. These are a must in my opinion. The smaller bedroom, the quilt cover zip was broke, so quilt kept slipping out, this was very annoying for my son. Bedding needs to be white & crisp in colour, bedding looked a bit tired. Stain also on bedding in en-suite room. Sheets covering mattress were just not big enough, they came undone exposing part of the mattress at times. Blinds in living room could not close as the long stick handle was not in place, it was broken & left out on the balcony. This needs fixing, picture has been uploaded. Some pots needed rinsing as not all we’re clean. Other issues included a loose electric socket in the smallest bedroom, wall pictures piled up at the side of the wardrobe. I think this is possibly due to a lack of storage. access to apartment via the car park which would be so much easier. I was unaware that to access the apartment there are external flight of stairs as there is no other way in. This should be made clear, because if anyone has Mobility issues this could be challenging for them. However, if & once the carpark is accessible again then this issue could be resolved. I’ve added photos of the steps guest need to use to access the property. These are not major problems but do need addressing. I’ve added pictures.

Would not return!! Host very unhelpful Negative: - NO WORKING WI-FI. - MAJOR DIP IN MATTRESS. - BROKEN BLINDS. - BROKEN RUBBER BALLOONS ON BEDROOM FLOOR.
